Purchase guidance from A to Z

Whether you are still in the orientation phase or already have specific properties in mind, we meet you where you are and guide you all the way through to the key handover.

We start by building a clear overview using our Propwise system: from an initial longlist to a well-defined shortlist. In this phase we stay in touch via video calls and WhatsApp, so your search profile becomes increasingly sharp.

If needed, we arrange practical matters in advance, such as your NIF and Portuguese bank account. Once the right properties are in view, we contact the selling agents, you travel to Portugal, and we stand by your side during the viewings. After that, we guide you through making an offer, the preliminary sales contract (CPCV), and finally the Escritura, the official transfer of ownership at the notary.

Practical matters & relocation

Moving to Portugal is a big step. That’s why we also help you with the practical matters needed to get off to a good start here.

We provide support with, among other things, applying for your Portuguese tax number (NIF), opening a bank account, and arranging your registration as a resident. We also assist with applications such as the social security number (NISS), access to the Portuguese healthcare system (SNS number), and activating your digital government identification (Chave Móvel Digital).
