As independent advisors, we exclusively represent your interests in the purchase of your home or business investment. With 30 years of experience living and working in Portugal, we know exactly how local matters should be handled. We begin your property search with an intake meeting, conducted in English.

The starting point for this discussion will be your preferences and budget. Based on this, we will explore the options available in the local market. There may be opportunities that you haven’t considered yet, but which align perfectly with your requirements.

Following the consultation, we will create a search profile that will serve as the foundation for your property search. Before we commence the search, we will have a second meeting to finalize the search profile together with you.

The consultations can take place in Portugal or via video call.

We will curate a selection based on your search criteria and present it to you. Considering your preferences, we will arrange for you to personally visit the properties. We will accompany you during these viewings, ensuring that language and cultural differences do not become obstacles.

We will search for the best properties, map everything out, and provide you with a comprehensive report. This report includes not only the pros and cons of each property but also detailed insights into the neighborhood, amenities, and potential for renovations or modifications. Additionally, you will receive photos and videos, which we will transform into a clear presentation. This way, you can see exactly what awaits you and assess whether the property meets your expectations.

Let us know when you will be in Portugal and which days you are available so we can create the optimal itinerary. Open a bank account.
Finding the Right Lawyer to assist you.
Handling Local Communication on your behalf.
Assisting with Financing Arrangements, if necessary.

Transferring Utility Services to your name.
