If needed, we arrange practical matters in advance, such as your NIF and Portuguese bank account. Once the right properties are in view, we contact the selling agents, you travel to Portugal, and we stand by your side during the viewings. After that, we guide you through making an offer, the preliminary sales contract (CPCV), and finally the Escritura, the official transfer of ownership at the notary.
